Sealcoating in New Jersey.
Sealcoating protects and refreshes paved surfaces with a clean, finished appearance. The surface is cleaned, cracks are filled, and a sealcoat is applied to guard the pavement against weather and everyday wear.
What it covers
- Driveway sealcoating
- Parking lot sealcoating
- Crack filling as preparation before sealing
- Cleaning and preparation of the surface
How the work goes
- We look at photos of your surface and the approximate size you provide.
- We send back an estimate for the work.
- On the agreed day, the crew cleans the surface and fills cracks.
- The sealcoat is applied, then it cures before regular use.
When it is needed
Consider sealcoating when the surface looks faded or worn, small cracks are starting to show, or the pavement needs protection from weather and everyday wear. If the surface is already breaking apart or has large structural damage, ask for an assessment first — sealing alone may not be the right fix.
